About Me!
Hi, I’m Julie Gravel, a married mom of 2 and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor who specializes in migraine. I help working moms to reduce the frequency, severity, and duration of their migraine episodes so they can lessen or eliminate their reliance on medication, stop experimenting with bandaid solutions, and stop stressing and obsessing over triggers – so they can get back to enjoying life again!
As I've learned throughout my own 20-year migraine journey, getting control over migraine episodes is not just about meds and triggers. Rather, it's about raising our resilience and our migraine threshold by addressing the root causes we know play a role in migraine. This is how we get sustainable results, meaning we get to swap the pain and other awful symptoms for more energy, fun, and joy!
