Nutrition Support Options:
Option 1: 2-Week Customized Meal Plan
Fourteen (14) days of meal planning based on your health goals and in consideration of your current situation/preferences/needs. Meal plans include a visual schedule of all breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, AND daily nutritional info; all recipes (including photos and nutritional information); and a grocery list that is created in consideration of desired # servings based on the number of family members and leftovers requirements.
Note: Nutritional goals (including daily ideal caloric intake, macros breakdown, and specific nutrient focuses) will be calculated by Julie Gravel based on the information provided.
Includes: Initial 60-minute consultation to review the intake form and get further clarity as required; one 30-minute follow-up to review the completed meal plan, and to discuss implementation strategy; one round of revisions to meal plan (recipe swaps, serving size edits, etc).
Option 2: 4-Week Customized Meal Plan
Twenty-eight (28) days of meal planning based on your health goals and in consideration of your current situation/preferences/needs. Meal plans include a visual schedule of all breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, AND daily nutritional info; all recipes (including photos and nutritional information); and a grocery list that is created in consideration of desired # servings based on the number of family members and leftovers requirements.
