Hi, I’m Julie Gravel, mom of 2 and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Functional Nutrition Educator who specializes in migraines. I help working moms to reduce the frequency, severity and duration of their migraines so they can lessen or eliminate their reliance on medication, stop experimenting with bandaid solutions, and stop stressing and obsessing over triggers, so they can enjoy life again.
As I’ve learned throughout my own 20-year migraine journey, getting control over migraines is not just about meds and triggers.
