My name is Julie, and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor specializing in migraine. If you’re like I was, you feel like you’ve tried everything to stop your migraine episodes, including meds, devices, eliminating triggers, and “alternative” stuff like supplements, natural therapies, and special diets. Many of my clients have tried these things and more by the time we’re working together, and are frustrated that episodes continue to hold them back from showing up as their true selves at work and at home, and cause them to miss out on so much, in general.
